About The Author

Ron has held many roles throughout his many years in business and ministry. From 1983 to January 1, 1999, Ron held a diverse range of leadership and ministry roles, serving as a youth pastor, district youth coordinator, missionary, pastor, church planter, and founder.

Ron gained valuable experience in the financial industry while working as a sales agent, sales trainer, and field training supervisor for a Midwest insurance carrier, as well as a regional marketing director and regional general agent for a nationwide insurance carrier. Currently, he provides benefits consulting and financial services consulting to Wisconsin's largest association and business affiliation group.

Since January 1, 1999, Ron has served as the founder and executive pastor of Rock Ministries, a multi-campus organization dedicated to strengthening men and families. Rock Ministries also aims to cultivate vibrant faith communities in Stevens Point, Plover, and Marshfield, Wisconsin.

In 2004, Ron and his wife Suzanne founded Security Plus LLC, a company that specializes in developing employee attraction and retention benefit suites for employers of various sizes across seven states.

Ron is the founder and managing partner of VBR Now, a dynamic firm that delivers cutting-edge tax strategies, wellness initiatives, and tailored benefit plan enhancements, ensuring clients have access to the most advanced solutions.

In 2010, Ron established the Employee Development Group, where he serves as the founder and president. This organization specializes in leadership and personal development, collaborating with small employers to cultivate a culture centered around leadership excellence. Ron's role extends beyond consultancy as he mentors pastors and Christian business owners on optimizing employee attraction and retention strategies.

In 2020, Ron and his wife Suzanne founded Ronzanny Holdings LLC, a commercial real estate holding and development company based in Plover, Wisconsin.

With a ministry license dating back to 1988, Ron is currently ordained as a minister with the United Pentecostal Church International.

Reverend Walters also serves on the administrative board of Victory Christian Academy, a renowned institution in the Milwaukee area with campuses in Wauwatosa and Cudahy, Wisconsin. Over the past two decades, his strategic guidance has helped the organization rise to a position of academic excellence within the Milwaukee community.

Ron resides with the love of his life, Suzanne, on their peaceful estate in Central, Wisconsin. Together they have 10 wonderful kids, wonderful sons and daughters-in-law, and 17 beautiful grandchildren.
